In AI Alien, I explored a more experimental question: why does AI always need to look or behave like humans?
In AI Alien, I explored a more experimental question: why does AI always need to look or behave like humans?
Instead of designing AI as a face, assistant, or chatbot, we used ferrofluid, magnets, voice input, and local AI processing to create a non-verbal physical presence. The AI responded through movement and material behavior rather than words.
This project helped me expand my understanding of aesthetics and interaction. It showed me that materials can also communicate, and that visual and physical expression can create a different way of experiencing technology.
