Project Focus
In the Constructive Design Research course, I explored how design could help students understand which coping strategies may work for their Sunday Blues.
In the Constructive Design Research course, I explored how design could help students understand which coping strategies may work for their Sunday Blues.
Together with my group, I created a tangible booklet as a design probe, where participants identified their mood through questions and coloring, tried coping strategies during the day, and reflected on the experience afterwards. This was followed by focus group sessions.
This project helped me understand how design can support self-reflection in a gentle and personal way. It also showed me the value of tangible and creative methods when working with mood, wellbeing, and everyday emotional experiences.
