Project Focus
In M12, I explored how collective stress in office environments could be made more visible without exposing individuals. The project, Stress in Sight, focused on stress as something that is often treated individually, even though it can influence the atmosphere of the whole team.
Outcome
The final concept used cross-device visualization: a circular clock-ring on a shared screen showed collective stress in an abstract way, while subtle laptop notifications invited individuals to take a break when stress became high. Through interviews and co-creation workshops, I learned that people were open to team-level awareness, but only when the feedback was anonymous, optional, and non-intrusive.
Reflection
This project became an important bridge toward my FMP. It taught me how sensitive collective data can be, and how important it is to balance awareness, privacy, and emotional comfort.
